Originally from Winnipeg, Jess spent most of his young life travelling the world. Homeschooled by his parents they would set off to the far reaches of the globe from across our own incredible country to South America, Nepal and South East Asia. This unique upbringing has given Jess a great gift that he has carried through his life and into his business. These travels help him to connect with people on a level that makes them know they are not just “another transaction”. With 5 years of being a Top Producer in the GTA and winning multiple awards for his services, Jess, his wife Drew and young son Owen, decided to make a change. Enjoying as much time as they could at their family property in the County, they decided to lay down their own roots and Call The County Home™. Jess’s dedication, knowledge, gift of conversation and seemingly tireless energy will ensure that your next venture into real estate will not only be seamless and smooth, it will be one that you look back on fondly.

Paul spent most of his early career serving at-risk youth with organizations like Yonge Street Mission, Toronto Youth Unlimited and Covenant House. He has also led as Executive Director at Elim Lodge and Ignite Camp in Ameliasburgh. During his work with these organizations, he learned greatly how to compassionately help people to grow and succeed in faith and life.

Paul has been a real estate agent for over 15 years in the GTA area and has achieved several awards. He brings experience in commercial, residential and a special focus on Camp and Retreat properties.

Paul moved to the County nine years ago and lives in Ameliasburgh with his wife Maureen. They have four grown children, Jason who is married to Brittany and Rachel, Rebecca and Kiersten who are all currently in University.

Paul’s dedication, understanding of complex properties and love of people will translate into an excellent experience in your next real estate transaction, whether it is to purchase a new business or buy a home on the water, it will be a great and exciting adventure.

Originally from the GTA, but also living in Saskatchewan, Muskoka and upstate New York has given Mike an appreciation for the wide range of needs and wants clients have as they look to Call The County Home. Having spent many years in pastoral ministry, Mike has a passion and unique ability to connect and communicate with people, focusing strongly on all the details with care. He strives to genuinely make authentic connections with his clients to understand their unique needs therefore providing service that will make their real estate experience seamless and satisfying.

Residing in the Consecon area, Mike enjoys spending time with his most excellent wife, Angie and their 2 kids, Wyatt and Karis as they explore all the goodness that PEC has to offer. When time allows (and even when it doesn’t) Mike eats, sleeps and breathes all things golf.

Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Rachel cherishes her County roots and holds close to the neighbourly connections that come with decades of PEC living! Being native to the area provides Rachel with a unique and insightful perspective into the local real estate market and all the opportunity that PEC has to offer.

Rachel lives with her husband and 3 beautiful children in Bloomfield. Outside of real estate, Rachel dedicates time to community involvement, youth sports, church, farming, and enjoying the blissful spots that PEC has to offer.

Claudine chose to "Call the County Home" nearly 10 years ago, having fallen in love with Eastern Ontario while completing her Bachelor's Degree at Queen's University in Kingston. She has developed and maintained a high production career in Real Estate in the Quinte Region and Prince Edward County, beginning in administration, and working purposefully to a position of leadership in the field. She chose to join The County Guys based on a shared passion for creating an outstanding client experience. Her experience in multiple communities throughout our region including Belleville, Quinte West, Prince Edward, Stirling, and all surrounding areas, is an asset to any Seller or Buyer.

When not working, she is happiest outdoors - exploring our beautiful waterfront areas, trails, or expending creative energy in the kitchen. Whether at work or for personal interest, she has a deep appreciation for architecture and landscaping, and loves to learn the story every home has to tell. Mikaela Stacey is a valuable member of our team, serving as the Office Coordinator at County Guys Real Estate Group. With her exceptional background in business marketing and public relations, combined with over four years of real estate office management experience, Mikaela brings a wealth of expertise to our organization.

Mikaela's journey in the real estate industry has been a passionate and dedicated one, spanning more than nine years. Outside of the office, Mikaela enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, Eric, on date nights, horseback riding and cherishes time with family and friends. She also finds solace in the company of a good book, a hot cup of coffee, and her faithful dog, Odin.

Amy, aka Vessel Design has been designing Residential & Commercial spaces for over two decades but her most recent project had her making a move back to her hometown of Prince Edward County where family roots go back 5 generations. She and husband Aleks have purchased the S.S.1 Schoolhouse on Glenora Road and have lovingly restored the 1859 building into a now modern updated multi use space. When Amy’s not immersed in a current design project you will find her in the kitchen testing recipes with 3 year old son Nathan while face timing her daughter Hanna, a first year BioMed student at Ottawa University.

As part of the County Guys team, Amy provides all the listings with a complimentary styling package inclusive of initial consultation, furniture placement, colour, lighting and renovation suggestions based on budget and the final day of styling where clients witness a complete transformation of their space. Artwork, accessories, textiles and some furniture pieces are combined with clients existing pieces to create a space that is fresh and uncluttered and appeals to the highest percentage of buyers.

Born in Nova Scotia but moving to Ontario as a child, Josee’s heart has always felt a longing to return to the simple country life she grew up with, and a place where you wave to your neighbours and the cars driving by. In 2018, her and Dale realized they were ready for their family of 5 to make a huge lifestyle change and decided themselves to Call The County HomeTM

Josee’s passion for visual aesthetics is shown through our social media accounts as she showcases the beauty of The County with a desire to show others why they also, would want to Call the County HomeTM. She brings over 20 years of design and customer service experience as one of the lead wedding co-ordinators for Rachel. A Clingen Wedding Design.

She treasures time with family and friends above all else, loves a nice heavy barbell, and can always be found with a cup of coffee in her hand.
