Buyer 101

The County Guys know that buying a home, especially for the first time, can be a lot to take in! We are grateful for the opportunity to be your partner in the home buying process, and as such, we walk with you every step of the way. We’ve developed a simple 5 step process to make the buying process simple and stress free.

    01

    Call The Guys

We’ll set up a time to meet, in person or virtually, to get a clear picture of all your needs and wants. This is also the time where we discuss your purchasing power and if you aren’t already pre-approved, we’ll connect you with some pros who can organize this for you.

    02

    Explore

We’re the kind of agents that take the time to get to know you and your needs for your future property. We’ll enjoy exploring together, or virtually to find the home that resonates with you! Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, downsizing, an investor, looking for a vacation home, or a place to call yours forever, We’re All In for You!™

    03

    Offer

Once we’ve found the perfect property, together we will work to assemble a competitive offer, keeping you informed throughout the entire negotiation process. This is an exciting time, and we believe in keeping things as comfortable, and stress free as possible. We’re available to communicate in the most convenient way for you: text, email, phone, video call or in person.

    04

    Inspections & Appraisal

The safety and integrity of your home for your family or as an investment is paramount. We work with a number of professional inspectors and engineers. They will provide you with all the detailed information you will need for your property so you can make a confident decision.

    05

    Move

Congratulations! We did it! Now it’s time to pack, and we’re here to help. We’re pleased to provide you with a complimentary set of 50 boxes, a tape gun, 2 rolls of tape, 7lbs of wrapping paper, and bubble wrap to get you started. Our help doesn’t end here though, and we are pleased to connect you with some professional movers if you need a few extra sets of hands.
