We would 100% recommend using The County Guys to find your property! They worked with us for MONTHS to find the very niche home that we were looking for, and not once pressured us into feeling like we had to buy something that didn’t feel right. The property we ended up getting was because Dale found it and told us to come see it with him. We laughed and said “Dale we’ll come but there is no way this will be the one.” It was the one. We reached out to Dale in the summer of 2020 to help us find a vacation home/investment property. We had a limited budget, so we knew it was going to be tough.
