My husband and I recently made the move from Muskoka to the County. We were very fortunate to find Dale and Aleks to help us with our home search. These two gentlemen went far out of their way to visit this newly listed house late in the evening of its first day on market. They toured us around the home via Facebook, took the time to show us every nook and cranny of the house and helped us fall in love with our new home. We would 100% recommend using The County Guys to find your property! They worked with us for MONTHS to find the very niche home that we were looking for, and not once pressured us into feeling like we had to buy something that didn’t feel right. The property we ended up getting was because Dale found it and told us to come see it with him. We laughed and said “Dale we’ll come but there is no way this will be the one.” It was the one. He’s just that good at his job. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The two phrases “Too good to be true” and “There must be a catch” kept running through our heads. We couldn’t believe The County Guys were really putting this much effort into selling our house. We reached out to Dale in the summer of 2020 to help us find a vacation home/investment property. We had a limited budget, so we knew it was going to be tough. We lost quite a few bids, but Dale didn’t give up. He found us a lovely property within our budget and gave us tons of advice on how to reno the place. Dale is super professional and really guided us in the right direction in terms of our goals and strategy on negotiation. He’s the best in the County!
