They put together a design plan, hire reliable contractors and tradespeople to complete the work (whether it’s a full kitchen reno, touching up paint and creating flawless ceilings, and even wedding gardens), and then stage your home. I don’t know where you find this anywhere else. And side from the actual contract work, this is all included in their fees — which are standard.
For our house personally, they consulted and recommended various enhancements to get top dollar for our home and we chose which was in our budget and timeframe. Once we picked what we wanted to do, they organized everything: gardening, carpet cleaning, ceiling repair, painting, woodwork to finish projects, and deep cleaning. They even loaned us a sander and brought us a load of moving boxes and packing tape to help us get a jump start.
Once our enhancements were complete, their skilled in-house interior designer took our house to the next level with staging. They brought everything they wanted to use – we didn’t spend even a single cent on staging.
It’s really no wonder that our house sold for OVER ASKING in less than 2 weeks and for over $100k than we were going to list it for in March.
